A journey of passion, heritage, and artistry—written one plate and one space at a time. Flor de Fuego wasn’t planned, it found us. What began as an opportunity passed down from a family friend quickly became a calling founder; Jennifer couldn’t ignore. With deep roots in the restaurant world, stepping into ownership felt natural, but from the beginning, Jen knew this space had to be more than just another typical Mexican restaurant; it had to tell a story.

That vision came to life through collaboration. Jen partnered with Chef Joaquin, the culinary force behind Flor de Fuego, who crafted every recipe on the food and drink menu from the ground up. His approach blends tradition with creativity and innovation delivering bold, refined Mexican flavors rooted in passion, technique, and experience.

Equally integral to Flor de Fuego’s identity is Ricardo, general manager and creative builder of the space itself. More than a manager, Ricardo reimagined the restaurant from the ground up transforming it from a neutral, dark understated space into one filled with warmth, color, and soul. From the interior design to the textures, greenery, and artistic details, he brought to life Jen’s vision of Flor de Fuego: strength, femininity, culture, and fire.
